Cutters is a speciality glove brand focusing in grip-ability and protection for football and baseball athletes, ranging from youth to professional. 

Lead design and development for Cutters SS18 collection. PD team collaboration with Brad Fishkin and Katie Voigt.

Hydration is a necessity whether your on the run or hanging out in the park, being thirsty sucks. Over the years at NATHAN my experience of designing and developing cornerstone products for the brand has lead to market innovation and growth in new categories. These products are a collection of active and lifestyle hydration solutions.

Halo Fire is a headlamp designed specifically for runners, in both feature set and the projection of 'run-right' light. Illuminate the road or trail ahead with over 280 lumens of clean, eye-pleasing light. The multi-beam, rechargeable Halo Fire features  two down-angled proximity LEDs to ensure visibility for sure footing, while a massive 160+ lumen distance beam shines the spotlight on the path ahead to help prepare for what’s coming up next. The Halo actively monitors ambient light, such as car headlights, and triggers the Auto-Strobe™ feature to draw attention to your presence in areas of high light pollution. The touch-free RunWave™ sensor allows runners to cycle through lighting modes with just a wave of the hand, without breaking stride.

The first ever headlamp designed specifically for runners, Nebula Fire is packed with features that will make your night runs safer. This lightweight, multi-beam, rechargeable headlamp and offers over 192 lumens of clean, eye-pleasing light. A powerful, customized LED disperses the perfect Run-Right Light for runners, blanketing both distance and proximity, creating a less tenuous night running surface.  The Nebula actively monitors ambient light, such as car headlights, and triggers the Auto-Strobe safety feature. The touch free RunWave sensor allows runners to cycle through lighting modes without breaking stride.

The Neutron Fire is the entry of the run-specific headlamp family, and is small yet powerful. Thanks to a USB-rechargeable battery, the super-light Neutron RX kicks out 160 lumens of crisp Run-Right Light on roads, trails, paths, and everywhere in between. It also features red, green, or blue strobe strips up front, and as an added bonus, the entire head strap is made of reflective material.

The Zephyr Fires series is the first handheld light designed for runners, features an integrated 24-degree downward projection angle to focus light on the path ahead of you during the run. A rear-facing red LED gives you visibility from the back, promoting complete visibility. The Zephyr Fire comes equipped with an adjustable hand strap that allows for a totally grip-free and effortless carry in either hand.

NATHAN builds elite hydration solutions for world class athletes who test their limits, pushing the boundaries to what is humanly possible. The work represented on this page reflects a collaborative effort amongst the NATHAN product development team, each member bringing a crucial perspective to deliver a successful product to market.

Strobe lighting is essential for providing complete 360 degrees of visibility. As day turns to dusk or night turns to dawn, runners encounter high risk conditions and should defend against distracted driving with visible light.

The strobes featured on this page display a range of function, from placement on body, to waterproofness and the ability to be see, or be seen. Together, this strobe collection creates a vanguard of personal safety for all, supporting athletes to run stronger and run longer.

Smartphones are essential to everyday life and for those who live actively, carrying their device is a necessity, whether its to record your personal best, move to music, or instagram that rare moment at 5am.  No matter what, we want our smartphone with us. These products were designed to accommodate a variety of smartphones and their functionality caters to ease of accessibility, weatherproofness and storage.

Most hydrate in the summer, but when winter arrives only the dominate seek hydration. These products were developed for individuals who desire balance in hydration capacity with convenient storage and year round performance.

Assisted in the production of the 2014 Burton Snowboard line. Translated graphic designs into full size, screen printed board graphic. The work was detailed around creating multi-layered films for bulk production. 

Provided client with trend research, creative direction and graphic design.

The designs were showcased on the runway during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim. The graphics were highlighted by WGSN as leading trend for the season of swimwear.

Coffee table was produced with up-cycled materials from local millwork business and was assembled with a variety of laminated hardwood scraps.

Pescado serves some of the best sushi in the state of Colorado; delivering an identity that symbolized this traditional handcrafted experience was keystone when developing the brand. A stylized drawing of a traditional Japanese Koi was essential when branding Pescado, and by blending the handwritten word mark with modern details, the identity became full circle to the handcrafted customer experience with fusion of contemporary dishes.

Pescado is a sushi restaurant located in Telluride, Colorado.
